Africa's logistic/infrastructure corridors have been engines of the continent's economic growth.

Highways, railways, ports, pipelines, industrial zones, energy infrastructure, and one-stop border posts function as interconnected systems, linking markets, creating production centers across borders, mobilizing domestic capital, and attracting foreign direct investment (FDI).

If African countries are to realize the economic potential of these corridors, they will need to ensure that foreign participation in their development plans doesn't become an obstacle to regional priorities, but promotes sound corridor management without eroding policy autonomy or turning infrastructure into mere arenas of strategic contests.
